Who are we? Love and Worn creates handcrafted, recycled leather jewelry, accessories, and goods, rustic, nature inspired and buttery soft. We hunt for high quality leather goods and give them a continued story; to love and be worn again. This Website was created to serve as a purchasing and blogging  platform for handmade goods from Love and Worn.

"Love and Worn" acts and works in good faith, willing to negotiate in instances where there is disagreement on it's terms and policies.  

Ownership Rights. Duplication in part or whole of "Love and Worn" products is not allowed. Sold products are owned by the customer, however the customer does not have the right to modify, resell, or copy the the final product in any form. "Love and Worn" retains the rights to utilize "Love and Worn" work in a repertoire or portfolio for future promotion.

Love and Worn LLC owns copyright on all Love and Worn designs and products created. If anyone infringes on Love and Worn's copywrite they will be prosecuted and brought to court. What is infringement?  Designs and products taken by the copier are substantial similarity to the copyright materials and the copier who took the designs had access to the copyright designs and products. Substantial similarity means the copier's design is so similar to the copyright that the average person would think they're the same. And access means the copier had an opportunity to see the copyright work and the ability to copy it. Please be kind to crafters in the crafting community! However, if these laws are broken the copier will be prosecuted.

Please be courteous when commenting on the "Love and Worn" Journal blog page. Any  inappropriate behavior, such as spamming or posting pornographic materials or links to such will be removed and reported.

Illegal behavior will not be condone, such as violating copyright and trademarks on  laws "Love and Worn"productions and risk prosecution and being banned from the community.

Fees provided are charged for products and services. Details for Returns + Refunds, Exchanges, Wrapping, Payment, Shipping charges and Privacy can be found under Return Policies and Privacy Policy.  

Love and Worn owns intellectual property rights for "Love and Worn" productions, content, and materials and allows them to be shared on other legal sites, but not copied or used for illegality or a profit and must be directed back to www.loveandworn.com

"Love and Worn" reserve the right and sole discretion to modify or change any part of "Love and Worn" Terms of Service, Policies and all other parts of it's business model.  It is the responsibility of the consumer to check for updates regularly.

Termination for Services: "Love and Worn" reserves the right to ban anyone from the "Love and Worn" community at any time it wants, with and without cause.
