I love my creations and want you to love them too.  I am dedicated to your satisfaction so if for any reason you are not completely happy with your  "made to order" item purchase, you are welcome to return the purchase in “as new” condition within 2 weeks of purchase date and I will exchange it or refund your money. ANY custom "your own story" items, wholesale orders and sale items are FINAL SALE. I have this policy because these types of orders might not be able to be resold easily. Of course I want my customers to be happy so if there is an issue with one of these products please email me to discuss further and I will see what I can do. Please email me << loveandworn@gmail.com >> to let me know you are needing to return or exchange your purchase, then mail it securely, first class, with tracking, to insure it doesn't get lost or damaged. I am the solo owner and creator of these beauties so the Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned item(s). If a problem does arise with the shipping (lost package, damaged goods, etc...) please contact me and I will try to help sort it out. I will refund you only for the items purchased and returned once the items are received back in stock. The cost for return shipping will not be refunded at this time. If you would like an exchange I will happily cover the shipping charge for the exchanged item being sent out. If you have any issues, needs, or questions about with this process PLEASE contact me.

Exchanges are contingent on us having the same product in stock. If not, we will refund your purchase or provide a similar product upon customer approval. Product must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase, in “as new” condition. Once I have received the item back in stock I will send you the exchanged item with free shipping on the exchanged purchase.

The cost for return shipping is not refunded at this time

Any refunds will be made directly to your credit card through specific method of payment utilized at the time of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item PLEASE email.

Most orders will ship within 3-5 days. I will contact you when your order is in the mail.

Credit Card and Debit Card are the only accepted payments through strip at this time and will be debited from your nominated payment account before goods are delivered to you.

Your items will arrive wrapped in a white semi transparent paper bag, shipped in a padded envelope or box. To customize a note, please fill out the "Need a Special Note?" form at checkout.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS! The shipping label prints the exact way the address is entered, if your address is typed in incorrectly and your order is "returned to sender", additional shipping charges to send it back to you will apply. If the package is lost due to the address being entered incorrectly, canceling the order or issuing a refund is not be an available option at this time. I am the solo maker/crafter/owner of Love and Worn who appreciates and thanks you for your understanding.

Shipping (Shipping in the USA)

Items are <<shipped out 2-5 days (m-f)>> after your order is placed and payment received. I will send you a notification when your order ships out. I try to get all orders out as soon as possible. @-_-@ If you need it rushed out ASAP, I will do my best. Custom orders are shipped out about 1 week after order is placed and payment received, unless otherwise discussed through correspondence. 

Item are <<delivered within 3-5 days>> after being shipped out. I ship out USPS Priority Mail. While I've never had any problems with priority mail; I also don't have control over the universe (unfortunately) and cannot guarantee that everything will always go smoothly. I will do everything I can if an issue arises. If you prefer a different method, require insurance, or desire signature mail; please email me.

International Shipping (shipping outside the US) 

International Shipping is by USPS First Class Mail International, which can take 2-5 weeks to receive, shipping is based on destination. This rate does not include tracking, insurance, or delivery confirmation. If you need any of these add-on options, you need to UPGRADE your service to USPS Priority shipping (6-10 business days). I am not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages. The customs and tariff fees for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. I'm sorry but have no ability to give you information on what fees may be incurred.
